Here’s the overview
18 years self-employed as an insurance agent and broker; initially as an award winning nationally ranked personal lines agency and now serving the HOA community specializing in Common Interest Developments. Prior 15 years in the property management industry was spent helping clients purchase insurance for HOA’s, apartment complexes, high-rise office buildings and high-tech campuses.

BS Degree in Business & Real Estate:
Some of Dan’s many courses included Business Law, Real Estate Law, a full year of Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, Statistics, Property Management and a full year of Accounting. These subjects all directly relate to our ability to provide HOA Insurance.
